    THE ADVERTISEMENT AND DIRECTION FOR A TASTING EVENT OF JAPANESE SAKE, “JAPANESE SAKEMATSURI 2018”, PRESENTED BY KURAYA.OUR OBJECT WAS TO CONVEY HOW ACTIVE AND EXCITING THE CURRENT SAKE-INDUSTRY IS, STIMULATED BY THE BREWERS IN THE NEXT GENERATIONS, AND TO ATTRACT MORE PEOPLE TO THE EVENT, NOT ONLY SAKE-LOVERS BUT ALSO YOUNG PEOPLE AND WOMEN WHICH MAY BE LESS FAMILIAR WITH SAKE. THE BREWERIES HAVE DONE TRIAL-AND-ERROR ALL THROUGH THE LONG HISTORY OF JAPANESE SAKE.STRUGGLING WITH AN UNPREDICTABLE CONDITION OF NATURAL PRODUCTS LIKE CROPS AND YEAST, THE BREWING OF SAKE HAS MADE A PROGRESS. IN THE WORK WE INTERPRETED THIS CHALLENGE AS “AN ADVENTURE” AND DESCRIBED THE BREWERIES AS EXPLORERS PIONEERING THE EARTH SHAPED LIKE BOTTLES OF SAKE. WE HAVE BROKEN THE TRADITIONAL STEREOTYPES ABOUT SAKE THROUGH A MODERN TONE OF DESIGN AND CREATED AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT THE PRESENT SITUATION OF SAKE INDUSTRY.
