    THIS FILM IS A STORY OF A GROUP OF SUPERHEROES WHO WANT TO WATCH THE IPL GAME TOGETHER DURING THE LOCKDOWN. BUT THEIR PARTNERS STOP THEM BECAUSE IT’S UNSAFE TO STEP OUT. IT STARTS WITH FLYBOY TELLING HIS FRIEND THAT HE’LL BE RIGHT THERE. BUT JUST AS HE FLIES OUT OF HIS WINDOW, HIS PARTNER, STRETCH GIRL, HOLDS HIM BACK WITH AN OUTSTRETCHED ARM. SIMILARLY, LASER GIRL STOPS HER PARTNER MAGNET MAN FROM LEAVING THE HOUSE. AND ICE BOY DOES THE SAME WHEN HIS PARTNER, INVISIBLE GIRL TRIES TO SNEAK OUT. THE FRUSTRATION AT HAVING TO STAY HOME IS EVIDENT. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THEY WON’T BE ABLE TO WATCH THE GAME WITH THEIR FRIENDS.     THE INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE IS ONE OF THE WORLD’S BIGGEST SPORTING LEAGUES; BIGGER THAN THE NBA AND MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL. FRIENDS REGULARLY GET TOGETHER DURING IPL SEASON TO WATCH THE GAMES TOGETHER. BUT 2020 WAS THE YEAR OF COVID-19. INDIA WAS ONE OF THE FIRST FEW COUNTRIES TO GO INTO LOCKDOWN. AND EVEN THOUGH PEOPLE WERE CRAVING TO CATCH THE GAMES TOGETHER, FAMILY MEMBERS OFTEN TALKED SENSE INTO THEM, URGING THEM TO STAY AT HOME AND STAY SAFE. OUR IDEA WAS BUILT ON THIS INSIGHT OF THERE BEING TWO KINDS OF PEOPLE IN INDIA – THOSE THAT WERE FATIGUED BY THE LOCKDOWN AND WANTED TO STEP OUTSIDE, AND THOSE WHO WERE EXTRA-CAREFUL AND ADVOCATED STAYING AT HOME.
