    ‘THE NEDS LEVEL’ IS A COMEDIC EXPRESSION OF WHAT NEDS CAN DO FOR PUNTERS, SENDING SLIGHTLY DAZED BUT VERY HAPPY PEOPLE INTO A NEW LEVEL OF EXCITEMENT AND POSSIBILITY. OPENING WITH A PUNTER PULLING OUT HIS PHONE, THE FILM THEN FOLLOWS A VISUAL METAPHOR AS THE PUNTER SHOOTS THROUGH FLOOR AFTER FLOOR OF A SURREALIST BUILDING.
