    Problems:
    Serasoft’s Anti-Hairfall Serum Shampoo was difficult to accept in Indonesia, even though many Indonesians experience hair fall problems. Most people tend to ignore this issue, so we needed a new way to flip something they always overlook and encourage them to try our shampoo.

    The Idea:
    We created an interactive banner ad featuring realistic loose hair on a phone screen, displayed on mobile sites relevant to our target audience. Swiping the hair away reveals a scanner offering a 40% discount, automatically applied at checkout on e-commerce platforms. The campaign launched in September, strategically timed during Indonesia’s unpredictable weather season, with sudden rain and intense heat that can damage the hair. This seamless experience makes it easy for customers to try Serasoft Serum Shampoo at the best price for their hairfall treatment.
