  • CAMPAIGN SUMMARY :
    Our Moments is a project intended to democratize broadcasting rights. This project started from baseball, but it has the ambition to transform every sports business. It doesn't make things better for the sports federation and broadcasters, it makes it better for every influencer, in fact every media. It’s fundamentally redefining the rights between people, media businesses and society.
  • CREATIVITY/IDEA/INSIGHT :
    We decided to redefine broadcasting rights through a new project. ”Our Moments: Democratizing Broadcasting Rights.” We negotiated with broadcasters to provide wide-ranging broadcasting rights to fans and influencers so they could access all footage from the games and freely edit it into videos for public distribution.
  • STRATEGY :
    Limited official social media accounts are allowed to edit and upload footage from sports events. Leaving out creative influencers who have the potential to make sports more entertaining with their own unique color commentary. And with view-based monetization allowed, these influencers were incentivized to continue uploading great content.
  • EXECUTION :
    This project was executed in major competitions of baseball such as World Baseball Classic, Asia-Championship and Premier-12. Having successfully expanded the scheme to Rugby World Cup and FIBA Basketball World Cup in creating a world where anyone is free to create sports content.
  • RESULT :
    Passionate baseball fans responded by uploading 878 series of videos, from entertaining highlight reels to outlandish commentaries, that reflected each of their unique personalities.The views exceeded 59 million.

    Our moments was recognized by many sports influcencers and 3551 videos were uploaded in total. The views exceeded 364million.

    This project contributed to raise TV ratings also and the broadcasters gain additional 1 billion and 62.millon audiences.

    It shows the world where anyone is free to create sports content.
