ENGLISH SYNOPSIS :
This film artistically expresses the history of Kandenko, which has maintained Japan's power infrastructure for 80 years, and the way in which electricity enriches our lives.
The role that electricity has played in Japan's development is portrayed in a unique performance using human hands to represent power poles and buildings. Using a long stage that represents a path that continues from the past to the future, the expansion into the field of renewable energy and a corporate culture that makes it easy to work while raising children are brought to life by human hands.
At the end of the long-take performance, a group of performers in Kandenko’s uniforms come out from under the stage and congratulate each other. The film ends with the tagline “Every one lights up the future” and the corporate logo formed by multiple hands.

ENGLISH CONTEXT EXPLANATION :
All of the performers were employees of Kandenko and their families. A total of 40 people participated, including the president and employees of various positions and ages, as well as their families.
This project, which represents the spirit of unity and hard work that is so evident in Japanese corporate culture, achieved a long-take performance with complex choreography through teamwork. The high-level performance achieved through the diligence and craftsmanship of the performers reflects the Japanese national character, in which individual effort brings about collective success.
This project, which commemorated the company's 80th anniversary, was also intended to strengthen bonds between employees, and we received feedback from employees who did not participate that it had increased their sense of company loyalty.
